New-build industrial warehouse with offices: Ground + 1 Mezzanine + Roof, under DDA Final Building Permit B2402247.
Our scope:
- Topographic survey and setting-out
- Raft and foundations, inspected by the authority before every pour
- Steel structure and block work
- MEP and HVAC
- 28 DDA service requests: design approval, inspections and completion
- DDA compliance visits, DCD final inspection and DEWA water connection
Follow-on: building modification F2508606 (2025). Status: completed and closed.
