Scope of work
The Dumont Perfume Factory is an ongoing industrial development project located in Dubai Industrial City (DIC), UAE. The project comprises a state-of-the-art perfume manufacturing facility, modern office building, warehouses, and supporting infrastructure. Our team is currently executing comprehensive civil, structural, architectural, PEB, and MEP works with a strong focus on quality, safety, innovation, and timely delivery. Upon completion, the facility will provide a world-class environment for efficient perfume manufacturing, storage, and distribution.
