End-to-End EPC Construction of Villa 45, Villa 59 & Villa 60 – Al Furjan, Dubai

Complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services for three premium residential villas—Villa 45, Villa 59 and Villa 60—delivered under a fully coordinated, single-point responsibility model from design development through final handover.

Our scope includes:

• Architectural, structural and MEP design coordination
• Project planning, budgeting and construction management
• Authority submissions, approvals and NOC coordination
• Procurement of approved materials and specialist subcontractors
• Excavation, foundations and reinforced concrete works
• Blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and roofing
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drainage and fire-safety systems
• Flooring, ceilings, joinery, painting and premium finishes
• Façade works, doors, windows and external finishes
• Boundary walls, entrance gates, paving and landscaping
