Project Scope

Ongoing End-to-End EPC Construction of Six Residential Villas with Swimming Pools – Mirdif, Dubai

The ongoing development comprises Villas 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06, each with a dedicated swimming pool and associated external works. The project is being delivered under a complete Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model, providing single-point responsibility from design coordination and authority approvals through construction, testing and final handover.

Our scope includes:

• Architectural, structural and MEP design coordination
• Project planning, budgeting and construction management
• Authority submissions, permits, approvals and NOC coordination
• Procurement of approved materials and specialist subcontractors
• Excavation, foundations and reinforced concrete works
• Blockwork, plastering, waterproofing and roofing
• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC and drainage systems
• Flooring, ceilings, joinery, painting and premium finishes
• Façade works, doors, windows and external finishes
• Construction of six swimming pools with filtration, circulation and lighting systems
• Pool waterproofing, tiling, testing and commissioning
• Boundary walls, entrance gates, paving and landscaping
• Quality control, HSE management and progress monitoring
• Testing, commissioning, snag rectification and final handover

The project is currently under construction and progressing through its planned execution stages, with a strong focus on quality, safety, cost control and timely completion.
